We will consult with your accountant to find the most advantageous tax treatment, and we will make referrals to Certified Public Accountants upon request. Once the business entity is selected we will prepare all documents needed to form the new company and file them with appropriate governmental agencies by using expedited filing services in Sacramento.

We will oversee the initial meetings between the principals of the new company and draft the minutes of those meetings. Additionally, we supply business records kits and organizers.

Shares of stock or membership will be issued to the new business owners and the required approval of the California Department of Corporations will be obtained.

After formation of the new business, we will be available for advice and counsel on an on-going basis. We can also make adjustments to the business entity such as changing the number of business owners or any of the other operating requirements of the business.
