Evangeline Cheung’s practice focuses on domestic and international
insurance coverage matters, products liability, and general business
disputes. Prior to joining Newton Remmel, Ms. Cheung managed a
wide-range of legal matters for Fortune 500 companies, including
contract disputes, legal malpractice, premises liability, personal
injury and civil appeals. She has also handled numerous insurance
coverage matters, including bad faith litigation, and has provided
coverage investigation services and analysis involving comprehensive
general liability, errors and omissions, directors and officers, and
personal lines coverage.
Ms. Cheung received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the
University of California at Los Angeles in 2002. She received her Juris
Doctorate
degree from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005.
Ms. Cheung is also fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, with
proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
